DEPLOY and OPTIMIZEAfter our strategic discovery and design phases come the deployment and optimization of the system, at the end of which we aim to ensure that our clients' applications perform at the highest success levels possible. In the deployment phase, we develop the application, complete the integration of back-end systems with the speech systems, perform usability tests on the system with real callers, work on the necessary changes and then put the system on production. At this point, SPEECHOUSE once more differentiates from its competitors. The successful deployment of the project does not mean that the project has ended completely, because we see our speech enabled applications as projects that have a life cycle, which consists of continuous monitoring, redesigning and optimizing. This is why the Optimization step is as important as the other steps our project methodology.

In other words, we get the data from the customer (what they say when using the system is recorded), we run the transcription process and score the utterences to determine what's in and out of grammar, analyse where the most common errors are occuring, design the necessary changes and run tests to see how these changes will effect the system performance, then apply the changes to the live application. By this continuous monitoring, tuning, optimising and redeploying process (which we call the application's life cycle), we ensure that our customer is successful not only today but also in the future.
